The wrap around deck with a luxurious 6 person hot tub and stainless grill can be an easy setting for entertainment or relaxing under the patio lights. This will be one to remember!
*There is a refundable $500 damage security deposit that is charged to card on file 5 days before checkout and return the second day after checkout.

Enjoy a secluded location and be only minutes away from essential stores and a short 10-15 drive to the river/springs area. Private drive with security gate and plenty of parking for 6 cars if needed (or a couple boats for the fisherman out there), what more could you ask for? Scallop season, swimming/kayaking with the manatees, monkey Island, and the springs are just a handful of reasons make Homosassa you're next vacation destination!

Guest will have full access to the main house and nearby premises excluding the supply closet, accessory buildings and back open lot. Hot tub can be used as long as guest acknowledge and follow all posted guidelines- and furthermore do not preform any activities that may contaminate the water. It is also required guest immediately dispense a provided non chlorine shock daily to help maintain clear water for every guest!

Host is available as needed, any day any time of day. Being a superhost is held as a top priority. The home is equipped with smart devices to enhance guest experiences while reducing unnecessary interaction while you're enjoying your stay!

The plot is a very calm and naturally quiet environment. Please note it is common to faintly hear a rooster and other animals from a farm in the distance first thing in the morning while being outdoors.

The house has 200mbps internet and basic cable TV package in the living room and master bedroom. Both are smart TVs capable of streaming your favorite shows on your accounts.

Unfortunately we are not suitable for mobile infants as no baby proof precautions have been made to the home. Moreover, ALL CHILDREN ARE AT THE GUESTS' RISK.
The cleaning fee covers the linen service and basic cleaning. Guest are asked to start any used dishes in the dishwasher and take trash to cans at the roadside. Any excessive cleaning will be charged at a $40/hr basis.

Check out is 10:00am sharp unless previous arrangements are made. At 10:05am the housekeeper will polite remind you and beginning clean.

Any guests exceeding the reservation will be asked to leave unless approval is agreed on. Any tampering with the smart device around the house is against house rule and subject for an early departure. Partiers will be shut down and evicted with no refund.

The property is semi secluded but to be respectful to neighbors quiet time is 10pm.

Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING is allowed INSIDE THE HOUSE but is permitted in designated area on deck as long as cigarette buds are discarded properly.

No guest/visitors are allowed past the number of guest the reservation is made for unless prior approval is made. Any extra guests will be asked to be removed.

Drinking or smoking is NOT permitted in the hot tub. Any guest actions that result in a dump and refill requirement will be charged a $150 damage fee.

No drugs or underage drinking is permitted on the property.
