Wonderful stay at this house. Three couples came to see the manatees. House was clean, well equipped, owner was very responsive. Loved the 6 passenger golf cart. Would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Homasassa Home

We had such a great time during our stay. The home was so comfortable which was good because the first couple of days it was pretty cold. The canal acces couldn't have been better. The home was clean and had plently of room for all of our guests. We would love to stay here again!!!!

We absolutely loved the three outdoor spaces to drink coffee, grill and chill! The home is so well and thoughtfully stocked that we felt welcomed and pampered. Wonderful Trip

This was our first trip to the Crystal Springs area and it was wonderful. We are already planning to come back with our daughter. The house was beautiful and as described. We enjoyed sitting out by the water and enjoying the sun. The bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious. Crumps Landing was amazing and only a short drive- we visited multiple times. No complaints at all and we would definitely re-book.

This house was in a perfect location very nicely decorated and was perfect for 6 people . I loved the king beds in each room. They provided all the amenities you could need. The best part was the golf cart to use. It made it so convenient to get to the local places. We will definitely be staying here again.

Property was under light construction, didn't impede on our weekend at all!! Home was beautiful and so many touches of home! The owners were always available for questions or directions as needed. Boat ramp is convenient and the slip is super accessible. Location is excellent. I can't wait to go back!

The house was great! Spacious enough for all eight of us! Kitchen well stocked. Boat slip and canal was convenient and easy to navigate. The golf cart and kayak added to the fun. Catherine was great, checking on us by text to see if all was well or if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!

Great River home

We had a great time at the property. So many amenities that we did not have enough time to enjoy them all. There was plenty of room for my family. Other than food, pretty much anything you could need was there. We really enjoyed being able to use the golf cart to access the restaurants. Thank you again. We hope to be back again some day.

House was just as advertised. Golf cart was a plus, for driving down to The freezer, or the Monkey Bar, or just down to the pool. House has everything you need there. Set up perfect. We had a great weekend. Would definitely book again when in homosassa!

Everything about this property was great! Location was close to local restaurants, the included golf cart made for easy parking. We were able to launch our boat right there! Ice Crest in garage to fill coolers. Keurig in master bedroom so you dont have to sneak passed guest sleeping on pull out couch. Master also has its own balcony and a steam shower. Everything was topnotch!

Perfect location for scalloping

We stayed here for the start of scallop season. We have a 28' boat and I will say that's likely the max size you want to bring; we were sticking out the back of the slip but not so much other boats couldn't navigate around. That and the neighborhood / ramp would make it hard if your boat was larger. The house was well equipped, spacious, clean, with several modern amenities (electric curtains, steam shower, ice machine). Overall 10/10 would rebook (and probably will!)

This rental was the best stocked I’ve ever stayed at! Coffee, laundry, paper products, kitchen bags…. Awesome! We had a glitch with the ice maker but had a prompt response on how to deal with it. The beds were comfortable. The home was clean and the kitchen had everything you could ask for. The golf cart was great for local travel. The boat launch was close. Thank you Catherine.
