「Short visit on the Big island 」

「The condo is very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for beach, shopping, and transportation access. It was therapeutic to see and hear the ocean. I liked it so much, I extended my stay.」

「Room was as advertised. I liked the view of the Ocean, there is a road between you and the water, but not that noisy early morning or late evening. Room was a bit dated, but clean. Short drive to Magic Sands beach, or to downtown Kona. I really enjoyed my morning coffee on the lanai, and when at the room at the end of day, the Sunset, again, from the lanai. Awesome 10 days! Thank You!」

「Wow. What a beautiful, serene escape. It is an older property that could use a few upgrades, but I think that’s part of its charm. Nothing could ever beat falling asleep to sounds of the waves crashing right outside your lanai. I’ve already recommended this place to a few people and would 100% return. 」

「The property is really conveniently located right in the heart of Kailua. Restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, whatever it is you need, it's right there. It was nicely furnished with everything we needed for our regrettably short stay. The welcome treats were also appreciated! Underground parking was great as it keeps the car out of the hot Hawaiian sun. 「This is my second time staying at this location. The condo was perfect for my week stay. Clean, had everything I needed in the kitchen and for the week (beach chairs, pool floats, yoga mat…) Air conditioning in the unit was appreciated, and bedroom and patio fans were wonderful to stay cool in the evenings. 「You can’t beat the location of this unit (top floor). Breathtakingly beautiful view of the ocean just a few paces from the water. Gorgeous sunsets, calming waves, lots of fish and spinning dolphins and other creatures of the sea. We’ve been to Kona Bali Kai twice now, and we’re coming back!」

「Could not have asked for a better place to call home for our week on the Big Island! Easy check in, good amenities (never used the pool/hot tub-too busy playing in the ocean and out exploring), loads of parking available, and quick responses from Vacasa. Fully stocked rental with everything you need. Loved sitting on the lanai with coffee every morning watching the waves crashing and enjoying the stunning sunrises.
