A beautiful bedroom with a superior-quality Queen-size bed (160/200 cm) and a bathroom with a bathtub upstairs.

That this apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet building without an elevator, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or difficulties with stairs. Located in the St Léonard district, this central location allows easy access to the port, restaurants, bars, markets, and museums by foot.

You will have access to a private parking space located directly beneath the accommodation, suitable for standard-sized vehicles.
