Great service and nice executive lounge

Thanks for the excellent Ritz-Carlton executive lounge team and all staffs, especially for Elina, for their excellent services and arrangements and made us have a wonderful birthday trip!

breakfast good, room a bit old

Heard bell rang then looked via the door peephole, but no one was outside. When heard the second rang and answer the door, the cleaner opened the door suddenly with her door card. She claimed that some welcome fruit was provided, she opened my door because no one answered when the first bell rang. It would be embarrassing if I was in bathroom which is with transparent glass. So, hotel should be supposed to prepare the fruit before I checked in.
