Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have previously stayed at the Leapin Lizard, but the lower level of the main house currently has significant mold issues, making it unsafe for occupancy. It would be advisable for Leapin Lizard to discontinue rentals of this area. While the property is well-located with stunning views, the overall cleanliness is subpar, and the house could greatly benefit from some renovations or updates.

We enjoyed the vast decks, pool, and sunning area as well as all of the seating areas situated around the property. Property management was attentive to our needs and any request we had. Incredible views and best location on the island. Steps from On Da Beach and in between town and Abaco Inn and Firefly.
