“Staff was super nice and quick to repair heat when it went out. It is an older property and room could have been a little bit cleaner… random hairs, crumbs, and dust. Rusty knobs on lamps.. we were there to sleep. Pool was not heated as expected, which was disappointing but it was 30 degrees outside too! It was okay for price. ”

“When we arrived, the driveway & walkway to the front door were covered in poop. The front door keypad didn’t work due to dead batteries. We contacted the host, who gave us a garage code that also didn’t work. They said they would send someone out. We noticed the garage door release cord already pulled, allowing manual access, which made us believe they were aware the keypad batteries were dead. We went to the store to buy replacement batteries ourselves. It took an hour & a half for someone from……

“The house was so dirty and a waste of money. We arrived after midnight on Friday leading into Saturday. I reached out to the host twice during my stay. Once to ask for the WIFI details as it was not provided. And a second time to ask if there is a vacuum because there was some dog hair on the couch. It all went down from there. After being told where the vacuum was kept the closet door had mold all over the back of it. I set out to vacuum the couch but as I looked around for the first time -……
