We have just returned from Dale View and it was absolutely stunning.

We have just returned from Dale View and it was absolutely stunning. The views from each window are spectacular, especially the sunsets, Wow. Beautiful kitchen ,but would say that a fridge freezer would benefit those staying a week due to the remote location. We could have done with one !! Lynn the owner met us on arrival with lots of fuss given to the dogs. Fantastic place to stay with dogs with the outside fields to wander around and of course the Wolds are right on the doorstep. Would highly recommend to anyone who loves the peace and quiet of the countryside.

Having stayed in other dog friendly cottages which have all be great this was the best yet.

Having stayed in other dog friendly cottages which have all be great this was the best yet. Really made Bailey our dog welcome with the K9 Cupboard and own welcome pack. Lyn made us all feel very welcome and was on hand if we needed her. Would recommend this cottage to all dog lovers.

Fantastic property, welcome pack appreciated. Owner next door for any problems. Feild directly outside door to walk the dogs. Remote and peaceful, town about 5mins drive has takeaways and supermarkets. Relaxed totally and loads of things to do around.

Dale View Barn was wonderful.

Dale View Barn was wonderful. The most relaxing, well-equipped doggy friendly cottage we have ever stayed in. The only downside was that we could only squeeze in a long weekend so we will be booking later on in the year for a week. Fantastic scenery , walks, amenities and only 30 minutes from the sea. Idyllic.

Had yet another perfect stay at dale view barn, so peaceful,beautiful views over the fields lovely walks from the door. Stayed Monday to Friday and booked a full week there again on arriving back home. Lynne is smashing so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for her, the barn it’s self is spacious and well equipt, clean and comfortable. Lynne makes sure the dogs have a lovely stay as well as the owners, dog treats and toys, feeding and water bowls so less to have to take away with you. Bonnie and Clyde love it, plenty of dog friendly beaches, and lots of places near by to eat out, home from home but better views

The fact that there is very little in terms of amenities nearby is why we chose Dale View Barn.

The fact that there is very little in terms of amenities nearby is why we chose Dale View Barn. Its in a very small Hamlet well off the main B Road and is the perfect place to chill, relax and enjoy peace and quiet. Our two dogs loved the area and all the footpath walks nearby. Lynne was very welcoming, providing lots of doggy treats and extras as well as goodies for us, however, she was not intrusive and we knew where she was if we needed her. Overall an absolutely fabulous week at Dale View Barn. Would have booked again for October but the dates weren't available. Shame. Maybe next year.

Fantastic barn everything you could ask for so comfy - beautiful location near to horncastle and Spilsby - tornados fly past local field, easy access to all local sites, dog safe for small dogs ie we have two adventurous jacks n could leave door open which is not usual. Local pub does nice Sunday lunch n open all day which is surprising for area - Lynne very helpful re walks advice etc but leaves you to yourself but available for help if needed - spoke to local farmer on a dog walk and also very helpful and friendly - cannot say enough about the barn FANTASTIC ?
