If the windows in the upstairs bedroom had shades it would be great for the kids sleeping in. Instead they are up at dawn bc it is so bright. (It would also help with cooling off the room). We will know to bring our filtering pitcher next trip. The water is a little fishy tasting. We enjoyed the place & will book ot again!」

「Everything we expected and more!! the place is very private. very clean. our twin toddlers caught their first fish in that little pond. the view from the porch is nice and relaxing. there is an awesome hiking trail 4-5 mns away. we saw alot of deer on our last day. This was our first time in Marble Falls and we loved it!」

「The house was very clean and kid-friendly, and the location is great. The only hiccup that was easily fixed was there wasn't any body wash or shower products in the bathrooms and I should have brought some more oil/spices for cooking - just sharing so you can pack properly. We had a great time and loved the house! 」

「Property is beautiful, from the Casita to the pool area to the pavilion area. Great weekend getaway from the city to relax and soak in the breeze and views. Great attention to detail with the games, fire pit, TV at the pavilion. Casita had absolutely everything we needed, they even thought of having a Brita water pitcher in the fridge. Planning another weekend soon and telling family to join us. 」

「I stayed 2 night's here & it was exceptionally clean & comfy. The location is perfect and very quiet. The king size bed was like like sleeping on a cloud. The owners thought of everything we would possibly need. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Branson!」

「My wife and I spent an extended weekend here. The property owner was very thorough in providing us with everything we needed to know about the condo and the area before we arrived. After a long drive there, it was refreshing to know there was a restaurant and bar a few doors down from our condo. We used this restaurant and bar several times during our stay. We also visited a couple of other restaurants in the area that were recommended by the host and those were spot on as well. We spent time...
