“It's not a bad place. But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs. Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee. That's why it wasn't value for money. The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money.”

“We were only there for a stopover. The house was lovely and the host was very accommodating. They were very thoughtful and we appreciated it!”

“The host was very helpful sending a lot of information before the trip and greeting us with more information and history of the Priory. Well equipped apartment including a pint of milk. Lovely out of the city location but only a short journey to see the Clifton suspension bridge and also the convenient park and ride.”

“Brilliant location, lovely little apartment, would definitely recommend & will definitely stay again!”

“I stayed here whilst working away. The place is very clean and modern; everything looks brand new. The other review states the bed was too hard; I found it to be extremely soft. I’m wondering whether one side is harder than the other as it’s basically two single beds made into a king. The owner was friendly and helped show me round. “This is my first time booking a hotel on hotel.com. It is not as convenient as booking, but the customer service is OK. The location is relatively easy to find, it is a big apartment, and I am very satisfied with everything.”

“Good communication from hosts and parking is easy. The photo's of the property don't do it just as its bigger than it looks, ideal for 2 people. Good location and good friendly pub 2 minutes walk away with good food and drink.Would highly recommend and would stay again if in this area.”

“Good location, walking distance to train station and coach station. A bus stop and supermarket are right down stairs. Things are clean and in good conditions. It is also near key things to see, such as Roman Bath and shopping areas. It would be even better if they have a washer in the room.”

“Great location, close to a car park and all the things central in Bath”

“The property was perfect for what I needed, and standard was okay. But the cleanliness was quite poor! The cups that had clearly not been used for a while had old stained crusty marks and the dust and cobwebs were quite bad. The bedding and towels were clean and it’s a nice place but yes the cleaners need to pay more attention to detail. ”
