“Great stay great staff”

“The hotel during our stay was very quiet. The rooms were very clean and spacious. There was a large sitting area for breakfast. The truck with some of the food choices for their breakfast bar had not arrived so the options were apparently more limited than usual. They did have continental breakfast items, including cereal, toast, bagels, and waffles, which was fine with us.”

“Everything was as expected and I liked it overall the room I was in there was no hot water this AM when taking a shower ”

“Our family recently stayed at the Best Western in Gas City and we quickly wished we had made reservations at a different hotel. We stayed for three nights and did not have a hot shower for the entire visit. The water was warm, but not hot. Also, the breakfast on all three mornings was not stocked and several items were missing. We will not be staying here again.”

“Parking was easy. pool was clean ”

“Room was unsanitary and poorly kept. The room smelled and made me sick. It was loud during the night and sleep was impossible. The window was cracked and the curtains were flimsy and did not block out the busy street. Worst experience I've ever had. I pushed through the first night, but had to pay for another hotel for the remainder of my trip. The hotel refused to refund me for the second day. Expedia did not help when I called.”
