"It took 30 minutes to check in. Staff was stressed and unprofessional. Hotel smelled bad, first room smelled like cigarettes. Second room smelled like kitty litter. Had to change rooms due to first room not being able to lock. This process took an additional hour due to understaffing. Bedding was thin and uncomfortable. For the price this was a terrible experience. "

"We only stayed for one night on our way to another destination, but we wish we could have stayed longer! This is a beautiful, well-stocked home with a stunning view overlooking the city from the front porch. I could easily see myself relaxing out there by the outdoor heater for hours.Coming from a major city near Disney World, we are definitely a bit "spoiled" by constant Wi-Fi, so the scheduled internet was a new experience for us! However, the host was absolutely amazing—they responded immediately to our request and kept the internet on for us. The home is also filled with books, which creates such a calming, scholarly atmosphere. Even though we didn't have time to read, I loved just being surrounded by them. We would love to stay here again for a longer visit!"
