I didn’t have a kitchen. I did have a refrigerator & microwave & coffee maker. I loved my room. & bathroom. It’s an old motel that has been perfectly updated with a beautiful tiled bathroom & lovely fixtures . Exceedingly comfortable!

This is a cute renovated motel that is close to the Hot Springs tourist area and bath houses. It is not a luxury hotel but is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay close to everything. All communications is handled via text to get your check-in time, room and door code. Be aware the door code will not work until check-in time, we were a few minutes early and thought something was wrong, I texted the number and got a response almost immediately. We enjoyed staying here and if we are ever back in Hot Springs would stay here again.... By the way there is a great donut shop right down the street that we walked to both mornings on our way into the tourist area

It was so very convenient to the Hot Sprongs National Park and main Hot Springs tourist attraction that you could walk. Only drawback that the staff is not on the property. If you have a problem you need to make phone calls to reach the staff. So if there was a emergency you would be out of luck. It took a few tries to get ahold of staff, but did get a response after several minutes.

The room wasn't cool,bed was not level, and the room was clean. We did not stay the night and drove home to stay at home a 5 hour drive. The room was not as advertised, all rooms in pictures show rooms that are spacious, but our room had maybe 2 feet in each direction of the bed. Will not book again, as we didn't stay the night.

Cute motel, great value!

Very clean room . Nice vintage motel vibe. Renovated room. Couple of minor things, air conditioner was a bit complicated to adjust and I never did the TV to work , it seemed be be stuck on the Roku input and wanted me to sign in. .? Very quiet neighborhood.

The location is not that close to downtown. The dog run was small. I liked that they provided tools to cleanup after your dog. The kitchen was great, room was spacious.

It was roomy and great location for activities we did. The room was very cold when we came in and had to have someone come to check it. They had to get a remote that controls the temp which was not there when we arrived. Also the TV had issues and could not watch live or regular TV.

A Gold-Inn Gem in Hot Springs

Spent the weekend in Hot Springs, perfect base camp. Just east of downtown quick access to National Park, walkable but we parked downtown. Go east and back road to Gulpha Gorge Campground is peaceful spot to enjoy nature. Our room #4 was super clean and stylish, fun color combinations/design and historic photos of nearby landmarks. Toilet area is small, but doable for weekend. Rest of bathroom is wonderful, great vent, lit mirror, and tub/shower with plenty of room, full length mirror inside bathroom door. The AC worked great and kept the room cool and a ceiling fan. TV has a firestick. Liked parking directly in front of room and not paying downtown parking prices. We received door code morning of arrival and it was easy to operate. Never saw staff or needed anything, but they're a text away and supposedly quick to respond. The main road is just outside which I knew so had my white noise machine which did the trick for the late night motorcycle traffic. Overall they've done a beautiful job on the remodel of this property. There's a few tables and chairs on the patio, a great spot to hang out and a table and chair outside each room with hanging ferns. The mini fridge was roomy, we fit our Delucas pizza box inside. There's also a microwave and coffee maker we didn't use. Red Light Roastery just down the road, but only open Mon-Fri. Kollective Coffee & Tea for weekend. Golden Raised Donuts is next door. We loved our stay at Gold-Inn, will return!
Fox Pass Pottery is well worth your time, a highlight of our trip!
