Truly enjoyed our stay we were very close to everything downtown . The only other thing I would say is it has a smell not to bad I don’t know if someone before us had pets or what but overall I truly enjoyed our stay.

Great Spot for Downtown and the Park

The property is cozy and the right size for a small family. Location is amazing as you can walk to historic downtown and the national park in about 5 minutes.

Great Stay!

We loved this cute, historic house! The gated backyard and side yard was perfect for our dogs. We also loved the location and how easy it was to walk to Bathhouse Row and the National Park. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was the perfect size and location for our family of 5 and our small dog, visiting over Thanksgiving break. Comfortable and clean and super cute. Perfect location near Bathouse Row. We would definitely stay here again.

Trip to Hot Springs

This home was just perfect for our short 4 day visit to Hot Springs. We also own a Victorian so staying here we felt right at home. The location is absolutely top notch and the gated yard was perfect for our two small dogs. We would happily stay here again if we return!

Perfect Stay

The house is beautiful and clean. My husband and I stayed with our three teenage sons and small dog. We were able to walk to bath house row and enjoyed the shops and restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again.

Spring Break getaway

We enjoyed our trip to Hot Springs, and are so glad we picked this house. It was a super short walk away from Bathouse Row as well as National Park hiking trails. House was clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend!

Ideal location for Bathhouse Row and Peak Trail adventures! You can walk the approximately quarter mile to Bathhouse Row in a matter of minutes.When we arrived we were a little confused about the side driveway and ended up deciding to park in front by the door, which was also fine. Be aware there are steps leading into the property and fairly steep stairs leading up to the bedrooms. No issues with the door lock. We were greeted with a perfectly clean, air conditioned home with even the lamps thoughtfully turned on. No issues with the AC or plumbing; though an old house, the kitchens and bathrooms were nicely renovated. I was worried when I read reviews mentioning a 'dog smell' since I am not an animal person, but other than maybe a little around the sofa it did not smell to me. It was fine during our visit. Also be aware that the immediate surrounding buildings are a bit run down/abandoned, but we did not feel unsafe while walking to and from the home. Clean and perfect location! Would stay here again.

Great hot springs stay

Fantastic place. Clean and fresh. Wonderful location, with hot fountains in both directions on the same street only 1 block away. The place was well appointed and the beds were awesome. Would not hesitate to book again, and in fact tried when we decided to make a second stop in Hot Springs on the same trip, however it was fully booked.

What a fantastic property to stay at if youre looking to be close to everything on Central. Walking distance to everything! The property had tons of character and everything was clean and in order. Great place for dogs as they have a fenced in yard for potty breaks without leashes. We will stay here again!

Perfect for a week in Hot Springs

The house was just perfect for our family of four and our two small dogs. Very clean and very comfortable. Everything was within walking distance, it was nice to just park the car. Being accross the street from the park, it was super quiet at night. A great base from which to explore Hot Springs!

Nice comfortable house and great location

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this house. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was nice to have the fenced-in front yard for our dog. The location is great. We easily walked to Bathhouse row, the Grand Promenade, and to the trailhead for hiking to the Mountain Tower. I would recommend this house.

Everything was great. So cute inside, very clean, lots of space. Able to walk to everything on bathrow. Less than 10min drive to the waterpark for the kids. TVs in every room. We are driving cross country from CA to GA with 4kids, this was a great stop for a couple days!

Great little house, perfect location

You can't beat this location. The house was very nicely remodeled and very spacious for 4 adults and two children. Very clean. The property management answered any questions we had in a timely and friendly manner. Overall it was a great stay. Kitchen has everything you need to stay in, and you're close enough to walk to downtown easily. We couldn't access the backyard and I wish the front yard was better maintained. It didn't take away from our trip but the exterior could use a little TLC. Thank you for a great stay!
