「We absolutely loved our short stay here in Hot Springs! It was such a convenient space to all the things to do downtown. The detail and care that is obvious in the home add to its charm. It created a warm, welcoming vibe that took us to another place. Madison was helpful and easy to communicate with. If you’re looking for a space that truly allows you to step outside of daily life for a moment, this property should definitely make your list. 」

「The house was very clean and provided ample amount of space. The bedrooms are very well sized and the bathrooms were clean and well lit. The washer and dryer are a nice amenity to have even though we didn't use them. The kitchen is well sized and the house provided good areas to just kick back and relax. My friends and I really enjoyed the backyard area! The owners are also very communicative so that was a nice touch! Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience.」

「This was a great place to harbor during our spring break stay in Hot Springs. While we always chose to drive, it is possible to walk to Central Avenue and down Bath House Row which is where all the day and night life is. It says in the description of the house that it is not ADA accessible. Believe it. My spouse is a bit older, and he made it, but remarked every time he climbed the concrete steps out front. Additionally, the house appears to have been added on to through the decades as no floor...

「Cottage was very clean and had all the necessary items for cooking. Loved the closeness to downtown, so if needed to run back to drop the dog off or grab a quick lunch, it was absolutely not a problem. Being Pet friendly was also a blessing. Only inconvenience we had was with check in, we didn’t receive a code to get into the cottage, so once we were finally able to talk to someone, after about an hour of back and forth, we got Jeannie the manager of the property whom was very apologetic, not...
