Their head cook Josh created some amazing breakfasts that any food connoisseur would relish. But it did not stop there. “Located in heart of Hot Springs National Park across from Bathhouse Row. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had excellent views of Hot Springs from our room. Breakfast was very good. Outside bar on roof was a little warm for us. Staff friendly and helpful. Valet service was very good. Several good restaruants within walking distance.”

“The breakfast offerings and coffee were nearly depleted by the time I got to the lobby around 8 AM. The Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9 AM so it was disappointing to say the least. The room was clean. I thought it interesting that the sole ice machine was in a locked room accessible via room card. Didn't realize that petty ice thievery was rampant in Hot Springs.”

“Very quite. There are notebook in the room. And there are a lot of story writen by previous guest. Just like a chatting across time.”

“Not a great visit. The cost was more than some of the other nicer hotels and air b&b’s that we stayed at on our family trip. There was left over hair in our tub drain from a previous stay or stays, who knows. Not to mention there was used gum stuck on the inside of the lamp shade. Also, the tub didn’t hardly drain. We stayed two nights, because that’s what we had booked. We let the front desk know about the issues the next morning, and we think they had someone come by to look at the drain while……

“Great location in the area, far enough off of the main road that it was nice and quiet.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean however, the mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable. And there were mosquitoes coming into the room because the door wouldn’t shut all the way unless it was locked. One of the staff got me some mosquito spray which helped some. I really enjoyed my stay, being able to sit outside and be so close to the lake.”

“For a fresh remodel I think need to back in and redo it all. Gym needs a huge update and swimming pool handle to climb out was not secure. Charles was amazing person to talk too”
