「We stayed at this cute cabin on our vacation from the Houston, Texas area to visit the Wegner Crystal Mine. It was a wonderful reprieve from the city. 「So much more than the listing shows! We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars. The fire pit was a bonus as we enjoyed watching the sunset. The river access is amazing…enjoyed some fishing and the peace and quiet. We kicked it old school in the evening and watched some movies on dvd. Local Mexican restaurant and Fish Nest restaurant were good. A wonderful weekend of being unplugged and enjoying quality time together! We plan to be back!」

「This is a sweet little property that was perfect for our quick change of Spring Break plans. It was perfect for 3 kids, ages 10-15 and mom and dad! The location was great for hiking, fishing, crystal searching, diamond mining and a rainy day trip to Hot Springs. A couple of updates would make this stay nicer. The house is super cozy and clean with a wood burning fireplace in the living room and a lovely kitchen, beautiful woodwork throughout, and a patio off the bedroom that faces a valley. 「We absolutely loved this cabin! It was huge and spacious! The listing does say 6 twin beds in the last bedroom but there were only 3 twin beds when we showed up. So it’s a good thing some of our guest couldn’t attend otherwise we wouldn’t have had enough room for all of them to sleep. Besides that it was stunning and we enjoyed our stay and it ended up being perfect for the amount of people we had.」

「Josh was great to work with. He called before I got there to let me know there was a problem with the hot water heater and offered several solutions including staying in a bigger cabin. The view is amazing! You’re right on the Caddo River. You’re secluded but only a few miles from town so it’s the best of both worlds.」
