The noise from above us is terrible. Someone ((sounds like an elephant)) has been walking hard and stomping back and forth for the whole time we have been here. We got here before 6pm and it’s after 10pm and the stomping is still going !!!!!

The view was beautiful. It would be a nice place to stay during the summer warm months of the year. The beds weren’t the best, we didn’t sleep well. The tv was tiny. Another occupant was smoking marijuana and it was really strong. Obviously not the owners faults.

Room was exactly like the picture, with an amazing view of the lake. The bed was SO comfortable, i’d come back again just to sleep in that bed! I loved this place, and will always keep this in mind when I come to Hot Springs. It’s close to everything, and even has a fishing/swimming dock right outside. Everyone was friendly, and the room was amazing, and 100% worth the money.

There was a bit trash and stuff that wasn’t cleaned but honestly with the views, quality, comfy beds etc it was worth it. There was places nearby to hike, sunset trail was so breathtaking. We went in late November and everything was red! We will definitely stay again.

I won’t have any hard time to write a review for this place. I’m usually very picky with cleanness, organization etc. This place was super clean and organized. They have everything that you need it. I really recommend this place and we will definitely come back again. We loved it!

Great location with a nice view of the lake. Bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette was a nice touch. There is some road noise if you don’t leave the ac/heater unit running and the bathroom could use an update, but overall it was a nice place.

The lodging we'd been searching for was right there. It was one of the most comfortable and memorable rooms we've ever stayed in. Above all, the view from the balcony was spectacular, and it was relatively close to the Hot springs. The kitchen was easy to use, and the frying pans and dishes were clean and convenient. The shower room, the bed and the sofa were also clean, no issues. We felt completely relaxed, just like at home.

While the view from the patio is really nice, there are definitely some improvements that could be made in other aspects. When we first arrived, the entire complex smelled badly of marijuana. The room itself smelled of old smoke. As non-smokers ourselves, that was very off putting. It smelled like someone was smoking marijuana the morning we left too. The walls and floors are paper thin. Every step you take in the unit can be heard next door I’m pretty sure. We could hear someone upstairs fall multiple times throughout the night. The view from the patio is great though! The room also had DirectTV and had tons of channels, which was nice. The beds and heater/AC weren’t too bad either.

The location the view was pretty. The place and amenities were nice. The main thing was every step you take sounded so loud, we had people above us don’t know if they realize that we could heard very step they took. We could hardly sleep because they were walking around and possibly had a child because we could hear running around as well. And I don’t believe it was intentional. But the floors sound so hollow and it just echoed through the whole place. I really hate to leave a bad review. Maybe if we didn’t have anybody above us it would’ve been fine. Everything else was good like I said. Husband and I hardly got any sleep.

Horrendous.

My partner and I booked to stay here for one night, excited about a cute place on the lake — but the reality was awful. When we arrived at “suite” 7, we were hit with a strong smell of stale marijuana that made us feel sick. We opened both doors to air it out, but no alternative room was offered. One of the lights didn’t work, and the blind facing the parking area had large gaps, offering no privacy, so we hung towels over it. The rear sliding door barely locked and felt unsafe. It was obvious the room hadn’t been cleaned properly: an open shampoo bottle in the shower, food left on the stove, sticky bedside tables, and almost no toilet paper. The upstairs guests’ every movement and drawer opening could be heard through the ceiling. There were also questionable stains on the bed sheets. The place was so dirty we couldn’t stay and ended up booking another hotel that night. The “suite” looked nothing like the photos when we booked. Overall, a huge disappointment — dirty, noisy, poorly maintained, and misrepresented. Absolutely would not recommend this place; save your money and stay elsewhere. Complaint made to hotels.com who we booked through.
