Situated on a double lot in a peaceful neighborhood, the home is conveniently close to shopping, dining, and downtown Hot Springs. Take in stunning lake views from two expansive decks that offer tranquil seating areas overlooking the beach and water. The cove is a no-wake zone, making it ideal for swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Fire up the five-burner gas grill on the upper deck and enjoy incredible views while you cook.

Stay connected and entertained with five streaming HDTVs—one in each of the four bedrooms and a 75" UHD 4K TV in the living room— plus high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house and decks.

The upper level features an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area with fantastic lake views, deck access, and a full bath.

The lower level includes a spacious primary king suite with full bath, two additional king bedrooms, and one queen bedroom. The primary suite and queen bedroom offer beautiful lakefront views and direct access to the large lower deck.

For lake adventures, enjoy two kayaks and two paddle boards, along with life vests for children and adults.

- Water toys are included, but subject to availability & change. If particular PFD preferences or needs exist, please bring them.
- Valid U.S. photo ID required (Driver’s License or U.S. Passport)
- Limited parking for 4 vehicles and one boat trailer. Contact owner for more details.
- Guests are to be knowledgeable of all water safety & regulations.
- The lake water is drawn down in the Winter (roughly the beginning of November through mid March) so there will be limited or no boat access to the dock from the lake due to the low water level during this time.
