  • Newly remodeled!!! East End 3 bedroom 2 bath home on private cul-de-sac. Three golf courses within 3 miles, home is just across the street from the 5th green at Balboa Golf Course. Wooded lot, with Screened in furnished back porch. Fully loaded kitchen equipped with everything you need. Separate dining room with seating for 8 - perfect for holiday meals! Large living room with smart-TV. Two car garage.

    Amenities of HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE include 9 golf courses, clay tennis courts, 10+ pickleball courts, miniature golf, outdoor swimming pool (with zero-entry wade in area), indoor pool and workout facility, beach within 2 miles, marina with boat rentals, kayaking, canoeing, over 200 miles of hiking trails --- all in a gated community!!!

    Famous Hot Springs National Park featuring the Historic Bath House Row is within a short 20 minute drive. Oaklawn Horse Racing Track is also nearby, offering a fun option for recreation and amusement. Hot Springs also includes a wonderful children's museum, amusement park, go-carts and ropes course for your children or grandchildren!!!

Golfers Getaway in HSV

This is a very nice property and comfortable home for a weekend away, or even longer. The property owner was helpful throughout the entire weekend and was easy to reach and responsive to questions. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable and even prepare our own meals. I would without question stay here again, if available, the next time I visit Hot Springs Village.

This house is cozy and tucked away in the woods. It’s awesome. The amenities are wonderful in the area. The house is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The host is on top of everything. She is great.

Great place

We had a great time. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and has a quaint feeling to it. The beds were comfortable and had the amenities we were looking for in a rental. The host was very accommodating and checked on us regularly to make sure that we had everything we needed. When we had an issue, she responded quickly and assisted us. Overall, a great place to spend your vacation in the Hot Springs area.

Simply Incredible!

I've stayed at many rentals over the last 15 years. This VRBO raised the bar to an entirely new level. From the moment I walked through the door, it felt less like a rental and more like my home. The home was equipped with everything someone might need for a long stay. And, the house was immaculate. Maybe the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Whether sipping my morning coffee in the screened in Arkansas room or enjoying listening to the symphony of the crickets, cicadas and locusts in the evenings, the home offered a peaceful escape. A perfect spot on a private, secluded lot surrounded by a forest. The only neighbors being of the four footed type, deer, rabbits and squirrels.If you ever get the chance to stay here, don't hesitate. This is more than a five star stay. It's a five star feeling.
