「Granville House is an amazing place! Terry and Terri made us feel so welcomed and pampered. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was well-appointed (great lighting, plush towels, etc.), and the common areas were inviting. We especially enjoyed the made-to-order breakfasts. We will definitely look to stay here again if our travels take us back to the Berkshires.」

「很好的酒店，无论房间设备还是工作人员素质以及房间清洁程度，值得入住」

「When I booked this earlier this year, I was under the impression that I would be IN the Red Lion Inn, not the other house down the block. So, this was a surprise to us. Unfortunately, the Steven House was very lack luster.」

「awesome」

「Convenient but the service has to be improved.」

「Room was clean and comfortably appointed. Parking was not an issue even though the hotel was full. Easy walking to restaurants and shops. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming.」

「It was a decent place to stay. I’m a light sleeper, and there wasn’t a lot of outside noise (Sat-Sunday). Good natural light in the morning from the windows. My guest said the pillows were comfortable. I always bring my own pillow.」

「Room was very clean and updated. We enjoyed the deck, although it needs some updating due to broken boards. I was told the restaurant was a fine place to dine. Desk staff was helpful.」

「A bit old in the legs, but with a nice sense of New England country charm, and very kind and helpful staff!」

「Very nice! We enjoyed our stay very much!」

「Amazing property- feels luxurious because of the way it is perched up on a hill. We got a room on 4th floor with direct view of the fall colors on the mountains- that was amazing and a surprise」

「Wonderful location and hosts are amazing. Breakfast was great. Clean.」

「Nice modern motel well located for AT hike」

「Bathroom needed a lot of work. The microwave didn't work. Clothes hangers above the coffee pot. Cigarette burns on bed cover. Staff at check in was very pleasant. The room to me was overpriced. It will take a lot for me to book in the future.」

「We enjoyed a delicious home cooked breakfast! The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Lots of ideas were given to us as to where to visit in the area.」
