"I cannot say enough good things about this Riad. Please keep in mind you are in old town and you will drive through parts of Marrakech that you did not think existed. You have to go in with an open mind. Once you reach the doors of the riad you will be amazed at what you find inside. The staff is so helpful for anything you need. The owner James is usually somewhere on property all day. The rooms are huge and the air conditioning blows ice cold. I have never slept better in my entire life. I am already planning a trip back to Morocco with my daughter and we will definitely stay here. Get out explore and have a great time. You don’t have to leave the immediate area to do all your shopping. They have a restaurant across the street and it has an amazing roof top deck. If you plan to use the spa service I recommend booking asap as they fill up quickly."

"Wonderful hotel, a modest entrance that opens up into a traditional and stylish reception area, lovely large potted plants, gorgeous tiles - a real wow for the eyes. It is quite a large hotel but has an intimate feel. Staff all so helpful and they greet you with Morroccan tea and biscuits. Well situated as in the medina. Mohammed their bell boy was so helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend"

"Marrakech has countless Riads & hotels to choose from. We spent a few more dollars than usual because we wanted an authentic Moroccan experience that would be our first on this holiday & a good measure of what a really good Riad is. The staff could not be better: they bent over backwards to accommodate us & any requests we had over almost a week. We arranged to be picked up from Marrakech station: the best money we have ever spent & delivered back: terrific. It is not hard to get lost in the Medina (old area): definitely arrange this with them. Their Riad was a near perfect location close to everything: meeting our driver on our tours was only a few minutes easy walk to the taxi/transport area. The breakfast each morning (included in the daily tariff) was delicious Moroccan food: a great ‘heart starter’ for the day ahead. Upstairs cool breeze while eating. Our room was on an upper floor: large TV, 3,000+ satellite channels including YouTube & Netflix! Small fridge but no kettle. The room had a traditional feel to it & homely: quite different to a hotel room. We found it difficult to get the hot/cold water to a cool/warm consistency: we mastered it towards our stay. The AC in the room: we set it to 17c yet it didn’t feel as cool as it should be. We rate our stay a 4.5/5. We would highly recommend this terrific Riad to our fellow travellers. Thx GreyNomads"

"This riad/hotel was beautifully, tastefully decorated, the staff were super helpful and friendly, and the rooms were cool - I slept really well, the AC worked perfectly and the mattress was very comfortable. Everything was as advertised, and more. I had a truly wonderful stay. Very highly recommended!"

"My wife and I travel all over the world and we have been to fancy hotels that offer the best of the best but we’ve never had a more homey feeling, the staff was super helpful and friendly. A small room but super cozy clean and everything we needed. Location was right where you wanna be, close to everything and a very good breakfast."
