3. Smoking & Drug Use
-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or anywhere on the property. Violations will incur a $1,000 fee plus cleaning costs.
-Illegal drug use is not allowed on the premises and will be reported to authorities immediately.
4. Quiet Hours
-Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment.
5. Guest Limit
-The maximum number of adult guests allowed is 12. Please ensure this is not exceeded at any time.
6. Community Rules
-Follow all posted building or community guidelines during your stay.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
-Guests are responsible for any items lost, broken, or damaged during their stay.
8. Toiletries & Amenities
-Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel are provided. Please enjoy them during your stay—but do not take them with you. Charges apply for missing items.
9. Check-In & Checkout
-If you need to request early check-in or late checkout, please contact us in advance. While we’ll do our best to accommodate you, availability is not guaranteed as ample time is needed for our cleaning team.
