"This is my second stay at this property within the last month, and unfortunately this experience was significantly worse than the first.
On my way to the hotel, I called the property three times. Each time someone answered the phone only to immediately hang up. When I arrived and mentioned it to the front desk employee, her response was simply, “I’m the only one here and I don’t do that.”
There is also an unpleasant odor throughout the hallways and inside the rooms. I had to request fresh sheets and blankets for the main bed because the originals clearly had not been changed. The bed was neatly made, but there was a strong body odor smell coming from the bedding, and when I pulled the sheets back I noticed stains that appeared to be used stains. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos before i replaced the bedding.
In addition, neither television — the one in the bedroom nor the one in the living room area — worked during my entire stay. The elevators were also constantly out of order, making it extremely inconvenient.
The hallways frequently had trash left around, and the pool/jacuzzi area was chaotic. The pool was filled with unsupervised children ranging from very young kids to teenagers who continuously moved between the pool and jacuzzi with little to no supervision, making it difficult for other guests to relax or enjoy the amenities.
Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and lack of professionalism made this stay very disappointing."
