It's a decent location, but should note that it's very close to a very active railroad.As for the house - there are a few things to note, poor lighting, and lamps in living room have broken switches so theres that. Bathroom and kitchen sinks drain poorly, bathroom sink is very bad the sink will fill up before you can wash your hands good. Also high touch areas were noticeably dirty. Dirt smudges around kight switches, walls, the toilet was wrapped with a sanitized label, but was not.While the house had noticeable issues, my biggest issue is with the management of this property. Had issues with check-in and the agent on the line was rude, they have this house stocked worse than a cheap hotel. Only 2 face towels for 2 people, 1 kitchen towel, and 1 trash bag, the 1 in the can. These are all clear signs of a management company buying up properties to take advantage of Air bnb/VRBO. People rent these homes as opposed to hotel rooms for the amenities of a whole home for stays.Should we buy a full box of trash bags, pack extra towels, and light bulbs...... very disappointed.
