Yes I was able to call her which means a lot because before finding this location I had a bad experience with no communication from the host which made me feel uncomfortable with my reservations. I will make sure to reserve this location everytime!!”

“The hosts were very responsive, and the house was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. My only concern was the location. When booking a rental, you can't always see the surrounding neighborhood, and there were several abandoned or unoccupied houses next door and across the street. That said, I don't think this is unusual for rentals in this price range. Overall, we had a good stay, and I would recommend the property.”

“We really could not have asked for a better stay. The property was exactly as listed. It was clean and lovely and well stocked with everything we needed from kitchen items, some seasonings, coffee and bathroom supplies. We loved having a TV and a bathroom for each bedroom. Even though there is a lot of construction and renovation happening in this up and coming area it was very quiet and we slept well. The beds were comfy; the rooms were spacious. 1 bedroom on entry level and 2 bedrooms……

“The host provided clear instructions on how to get in and out. The room was as expected, and it was nice having the mini fridge and microwave. A couple of downsides: (1) the ceiling fan was making a fairly loud squeaking noise, so be careful if you're sensitive to sound and also want the ceiling fan on; (2) the shower water would not get hot, it would only get to slightly below body temp, so it felt cool, but not frigid cold.”

“Great location! We had a weekend full of events in downtown Houston and we were never more than a short drive, Uber, or train ride to every location. We also went to an Astros game while there and it was the perfect location for an easy transit before and after the game. We brought our toy poodle and the park across the street made for easy early morning or late evening walks. It was clean, cute, and comfortable!”
