Pessimo hotel, tudo que esta descrito nao existe !!!!!! Rpupa de cama estava sujo, ja havia sido usada !!!!! nao tem nenhum tipo de limpeza nem troca do lençol.
Nao tem cafe da manha como, nao tem elevador estava quebrado
Nunca havia ficado em um hotel tão pessimo !!!!

“A Disappointed Stay”
Customer service was not good. My room was spacious but cleaned well and not enough towels in the bathroom. Accommodations were poor. Not a good stay.
The property looked nice online states it was a 3 star but upon arriving I realized it was more like a 1-2 star I wish I would have only booked for 1 night instead of being locked in at 2
The lobby was hot. I was sitting and waiting to be checked in. It was hot. My face was sweating. I walk toward the elevators. There is a blanket just sitting there in the floor. I go to my room. Several stairwell windows were wide open in humid, hot Houston. The AC in the room was 79. The AC didn't have a good amount of air coming out of it. I walked back to the elevator, and there are two cuss words right by the elevator button - in marker. I told the guy I couldn't stay there. He said he wouldn't refund my money. It was not a place that any person should stay.
Although roomy inside the hotel was nothing like the description. There was no dishes or silverware, blankets or pillow for the pullout sofa. Ine of my bath towels had menstrual blood on it and when i asked for more towles,blankets ect ,i was told there wasnt anymore. Smh. Will not be staying there again.
When pulling up we noticed the grass was not cut. The inside of lobby looked like a ghost town. It was hot and did not smell good. Customer service was horrible and they charged me $50.00 for an early check in. The elevator was out of order and we was not warned. The room was torn apart. There was not a bed, there was holes in the wall and you could see the wiring. Refrigerator was not working and pulled away from wall. Trash on floor. When I spoke to the person at the front desk about it, they wasn’t surprised and returned my money with no questions asked. I would never recommend this place to anyone and Expedia should not represent them, which means I will not trust Expedia anymore.
This property had so many health code violations this place should be shut down roaches were crawling on the walls never never never book with this property.
disgusting, disgusting and even more disgusting if that is even possible.....bed bugs, roaches, blood stains on walls, shower curtains, and window curtains not to mention broken mirror and bullet holes.......checked in, went to room and checked right out.....got a full refund......
First checked in room was terrible. As soon we entered cockroaches was crawling all over the walls. Then we were given a new room, which is ok but not the greatest but was ok to sleep on. Bed was sloapy (you literally sink in it). The shower was backed up during shower. I would rate this hotel 2..for the customer service.
This property had dead and living bugs on its property. The place honestly smelled weird and the workers were pretty lazy. They smelled foul and had strong odor. The elevator kept messing up. Door was hard at opening. If I could go on about how terrible this place is, I would. My stay was nog welcomed.
This is not my first time at this property and each time I am helped by the same receptionist. Whether she remembers me or not she's a great worker and always accommodating the needs of her customers.

This property needs to be shut down. Everytime I have stayed here I have had an issue. Between lying to customers on the phone and in person, double charging customers on purpose, no understanding of how to run or operate a hospitality business, they do not what so ever clean any of the rooms, THEY ARE VERY PREJUDICE AND DO NOT LIKE AMERICANS.
This particular stay they first tried to say that I had to leave because of my certified service dogs, when they realized they just messed up they tried to say that I had no reservation. I did it was with hotwire and paid for online. They proceeded to call me a liar and say I was making it up. All night they said nothing to me. Next morning the one worker who rudely stood at the side door goes you didn't pay yesterday so you need to leave. Yes I did I said. Well the manager said you are to leave cuz of your animals. I said no they are certified. Then it was wedont care you need to leave.
Mind you the entire 3 days I was there my 17 yr old daughter who was just rescued from human trafficking the day before whi needed to have her own room for privacy my boyfriend and myself did not have any guest, we were quiet and we're paying. They refused the 3rd days payment and hotwire refunded it to me. Bridgeway called the cops on me but thankfully they knew I was in the right and didn't give me a hard time but still had to leave. The owners told the cops my dogs were aggressive and destroyed the room they looked and said wow they are lying.
