Horrible experience. It wound up being a VRBO and the contact refused to answer any communications. I was stranded in the parking lot for 5 hours and finally got the rental canceled. Neither Expedia, VRBO or the owner were very helpful. Each one waited their hands of the ordeal instructing me to contact the other. Once they had the payment they could care less if i had a place for my daughter and infant grandchild. Again. Horrible experience. I've vowed never to rent a VRBO again and only using Expedia when o have few other options. Hope you work on making your customer service an actual service one day.
