Come home afterwards and enjoy the Balconies, rooftop deck, or create a meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Play a game of shuffleboard or watch a movie on the 70" smart TV.
The space
This is a 4 level home. The ground floor has a two car garage plus a bedroom with a king bed, smart TV, en-suite bath and private patio.
The main living area is on the 2nd floor. There is one large open floorplan area consisting of a kitchen, dining and living area. There is a large balcony off of the living space and a smaller balcony next to the dining area.
The 3rd floor has two bedrooms plus a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The large primary bedroom has a king bed, a private balcony, smart TV, and
en-suite bath with separate tub and shower. The other bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed along with a smart TV and en-suite bath. This level also has a workstation in the hallway plus a travel crib and ironing equipment in the primary closet.
The 4th level is the rooftop deck with a couch, two chairs and an awning to keep the harsh sun rays away. There is a view of downtown and the tops of the stadiums nearby.
