Casa Verde is a charming 2-bedroom house in a prime location. The downstairs communal area is equipped with a TV, comfortable lounging furniture, a fireplace, a grill, and a variety of family games for all to enjoy.

The property is set on 8,000 square meters of land, providing plenty of space for children to run, play, and kick a ball. The entire yard is fenced for added safety. You’ll enjoy colorful flowers for most of the year.

Clear Lake Shores is known for its breathtaking sunsets. Every evening, locals gather at various waterfront spots to take in the beauty of the sunrise and sunset. Casa Verde has a designated waterfront spot just a short walk from the house. This is the perfect place to enjoy: Friday night summer fireworks & picnics.

What a beautiful property and gracious Host! My family had a wonderful stay at this perfectly located home. So much to do in the immediate area, perfectly stocked with all necessities and clean and cozy. The outdoor space was filled with family games and the sweetest butterfly gardens that were full of butterflies. Highly Recommend.

Check-in was a breeze. Home was very clean and everything you need is provided. The below house area is great setup for lounging, watching TV, Grilling or playing games. Short walk to waterfront. Great restaurant/Bars at entry to neighborhood, walking distance from home that have live music several nights a week. Highly recommend the home.

Home away from home

Casa Verde is a beautiful home on a quiet street. The extra accommodations and beach decor adds so much to the homey atmosphere. I highly recommend this home for its good location and relaxation.

Family Getaway!

We absolutely loved the house! The outside living room was our favorite feature. The hosts definitely made it a place where we could relax and have plenty of space and entertainment for our family. We will be looking to stay at Casa Verde again!!

Great place!

Super cute, clean and conveniently located! We stayed for a long weekend. The house was comfortable and really close to all the places we wanted to visit (zoo, space center and the Boardwalk). Hosts were very nice and easy to contact if needed.

Casa Verde is a must!

The neighborhood is wonderful! The curb appeal doesn’t stop at the door- there’s so many fun things to do and games to play! From families to college to adult trips, this is a great place for all to stay.

Casa Verde Was For Us

The previous reviews of this property and the photos on the VRBO listing quickly ended the search for our next vacation rental and raised our expectations. Casa Verde delivered on all counts! The home was decorated with a beach vibe and well appointed to meet all of your vacation needs. It was also clean and well maintained. We give it a 10 out of 10 and added it to our list of properties that we would stay at again and recommend to friends and family.

Relaxing getaway

Casa Verde is a quiet, comfortable place to relax. The location is perfect to get away from it all and just watch the birds and boats with everything you need right there. The host is incredibly accomodating and responsive.

Family vacation

We had an amazing time during our stay. We had to cut it short due to weather, but we will definitely be back. We loved the games the home had. Games i havent seen in years. Host was wonderful with us.

The Cutest Casa Verde!

My family and I traveled for a wedding and stayed at Casa Verde. I cannot say enough good things about this property! So clean and cozy, the home was comfortable for everyone including my 4 month old and my elderly mother. Bibiana has thought of everything her guests might need and either provides it or leaves detailed info on how to get it. We felt right and home and loved the location being close to Kemah Boardwalk. The outdoor area is such a neat kickback spot- we had a great time! Would recommend 10/10, will definitely return!

Great Hangout Spot for Family

Casa Verde is so well maintained and beautifully decorated. Dishes, utensils, pots & pans, towels, and bedding were all great quality and it didn’t feel like a rental property. There is a Keurig and even coffee provided! Everything you need is available. The washer and dryer was a bonus so we could head home with clean clothes instead of the dreaded laundry pile after vacation. The downstairs area is perfect for all ages with great seating areas, games, television, and a charcoal grill. The yard area is beautiful with flowers all around. Very quiet neighborhood surrounded by good food and plenty of things to do. Definitely recommend this home and the hosts are fantastic & very responsive.

Lovely house great location

The house was very comfortable and super clean. It has everyyou need for a full family. It was just my part and myself but it’s perfect for a family. We didn’t take advantage of everything it has to offer, bikes, games full kitchen , bbq etc but we definitely will come back. Thanks for sharing your house with us. My only suggestion will be to call the house casa playa or something similar to what’s on the inside. Casa verde does not goes with the inside of the house. I loved how is decorated inside. Jaime

Exceeded our expectations!

This home was perfect! The pictures don’t do it justice! We chose the location because it was so close to the Kemah boardwalk. We have been coming to Kemah for years with our boys but we always stayed at the Inn on the boardwalk. Since our boys aren’t little anymore, we needed more room and beds. I am so happy to have found Casa Verde! While we did go to the boardwalk for a bit, we spent the majority of our time at the home. We played so many of the outdoor games they have and rode bikes a couple of times a day to enjoy the fabulous neighborhood and views! We will definitely be staying here anytime we come back to the area! Thank you Bibiana for sharing your home with us!

Girls weekend

Some girlfriends and I decided to plan a getaway for the weekend and while it was only two of us that wound up staying here, this was absolutely perfect for us! The property photos simply don’t do it justice. It is beautiful and serene here. We spent a whole morning having coffee on the balcony enjoying the breeze and sounds of nature in the middle of this quaint little neighborhood! The beds are super comfortable. Fluffy pillows and soft sheets combined with amazing mattresses makes for a wonderful nights sleep. The hot water was never ending and the water pressure was bliss. The towels were plentiful and equally fluffy. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need, even the coffee I forgot to bring! ❤️ Our hosts were just about as accommodating as one could hope for - easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Bibiana is sweet as pie and checked on us a couple of times over the weekend even. This gem was about a five minute drive from our event and far more than we could have hoped for. Thank you again to the host for a wonderful weekend.

Lovely home, clean and welcoming. Great area with friendly people and a lot to do both in the house and surrounding area. A simple bike ride around the area and great games in the home and then a lot of eating and entertainment close by. We loved this trip.
