Fantastic Guest Studio

Perfect place to stay while relocating to the Houston area. Super helpful host! Safe neighborhood. Comfy bed. Would highly recommend.

Joyce was a great host! The power went out during our stay (along with thousands of other homes in the Houston area after a storm) and Joyce was very communicative regarding the restoration of power. She offered us use of their generator in the meantime, which was much appreciated. The unit had amenities in good condition, parking was easy, and we loved being in a neighborhood.

Many very nice parks nearby for dogs . My dogs loved the creek at Pundt Park . Unit was clean and well equipped . No complaints

Talk About Bang for Your Buck!!!

The pictures they provided on the listing were more than enough to get me to want to stay here. But.....when I actually walked into the space and saw how much room there was, I was extremely (and pleasantly) surprised! Full size washer and dryer, single cup coffee maker, aa adequate sized shower. A great bed. It was very comfortable and plenty big enough. At first I was concerned about travel time, but it was only a 15/20 minute drive. Hosts are attentive but not in your business. Not sure if I mentioned it already but there are very friendly! I'll see you guys next year! NDL
