The property was well kept, clean, and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good. My only dislike was that you have to pay for parking. The price was cheaper than a lot of other hotels but with the price of the room, parking should have been included. It was not a deal breaker, I would choose to stay here again when I am in the area.

I love absolutely everything from the moment we checked in the staff was very much upbeat. Thank you. They were always attentive to detail positive always smiling the late night fries from the kitchen are very good shoe string. The kitchen staff was very helpful always smiling upbeat as well and overall a beautiful staff at this location. If you are willing to walk to certain locations, probably around a mile 1.5 miles total there is an excellent Halal ghetto shop one block south and cat corner from the Chevron. Food is amazing and if you go down further, there is a shop sales alcohol very nice election and, the clerk is very helpful. Overall enjoyed my stay in the medical district. Next time I come down to Houston it will be in the medical district and it will be at this Hilton.

The only restaurant on this property was closed during the day. It had a limited selection on its menu and was very expensive. A piece of cheesecake was $18!

This was the perfect one night stay for me when my husband was in the med center having surgery. The hotel was beautiful, parking was easy and I felt safe. All of the staff i interacted with were super friendly and helpful! Room was very nice, I stayed in a Jr suite. I would for sure recommend this hotel to others!

Expected a lot more as usual from The Hilton franchises but we had half a roll of terrible toilet paper from check in for four people!!, it was loud and crowded since it was rodeo season and we couldn’t find the shuttle to pick us up so had to buy an over priced Uber. Over priced hotel room.

Property is well maintained, staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant is nice. Parking is good too. Love the miniature golf like 2 or 3 holes , and the little fire place area. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and very close to all the medical facilities, as to why I only spend 1 night.

This hotel appears to be fairly new so everything is nice and clean. The room was one of the best we have had for this price. We had a corner suite which included a half bath in addition to the full bath. Really nice for getting ready in the morning. The furniture in the suite was also very comfortable and there was a mini frig and microwave. This is very convenient to MD Anderson which is why we were there. Its not really walkable to anything but that wasn't a concern for our stay. I would most definitely stay again!

Had a great experience staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, everyone was kind to me and my toddler and very accommodating. The only reason for the 4 stars rather than 5 is because I got violently ill with food poisoning from the hotel restaurant’s street tacos or the grab and go market melted and refrozen ice cream sandwich.
