Great house in a great location

House was great to stay in. Clean and well taken care of. Location was good with access to anywhere we wanted via Uber/Lyft. Walkable to a few spots too.

Great Location and clean house

Me and a few friends stayed here for the College Football Championship Game. The house was in a great location for Houston and in a very quiet safe neighborhood. Its walking distance of a brand new convenient store that had everything you could need. It was also very clean and matched the description completely. Definitely would stay here again if I'm ever back in Houston

Great property in near downtown Houston

My friends and I enjoyed our time in this spacious home. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood that’s walking distance to a cool bar and less than a five minute drive to downtown Houston. The host was accommodating and response, leaving very thorough instructions for entering the home and other things. I’d definitely recommend and would return one day!

Family Wedding

Overall the property was exactly as advertised, clean and spacious. It is conveniently located in the heart of Houston, near events and activities. It is very close to the railroad tracks and at least 4 trains went by every night. I would highly recommend the use of ear plugs.

House was great! Plenty of space. Host communicated properly. Minor notice the washer and dryer are not working properly. Tried using on last night and washer didn’t spin and dryer make a loud noise. Overall the place was great and I usually don’t have to wash but needed clothes for plane ride. I would stay again.

We were in Houston for my parents' funeral and their Celebration of Life Ceremony. Great communication w property owner. Had issues w connectivity upon arrival and a filing deadline to meet. The owner offered to come over at 10:30p to see if he could help. Issue was resolved the next morning by the internet provider. Great location and a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to freeway and downtown. House was perfect for our family of 2 adult kids and my husband and I. We enjoyed our stay despite the reason for our visit.

40 birthday surprise

After being having a previous owner cancel us the day of arrival, Dustin saved the day. We planned to surprise our friend for her 40th by all her 4 closest friends coming to Houston. Then when we were cancelled we had to scramble. Justin came thru.He allowed us to rent on short notice and for a small extra fee we were able to enter the property early. The house was emaculant!!Large open conscept downstairs. Spacious bedrooms and the master suit had a jacuzzi tub!! Location was quiet except for the occasional train. The house was close to downtown Houston and pretty centrally located to get to and from either airport (Bush or Hobby). Justin answered all my questions promptly. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place and location.

Really enjoyed staying at this property. Close to downtown so many places to go. It’s on a quiet street too. All the beds were comfortable and place was really clean. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Houston.
