Noisy because generator was being repaired at 8:30 pm but was repaired fairly quickly, restaurants were closed so I couldn’t eat lunch at 1:00pm, food is average, difficult to reach front desk. All employees were pleasant and tried to be helpful.

My husband, baby, dog, and me stayed here the past weekend, and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was so sweet very helpful. If you want a hotel that has everything you don’t have to leave to get food or coffee this is it! Very clean convenient, we will be staying here again.

MY WIFE IS ON A WALKER. WE REQUEST A HANDICAP ROOM. THEY CHECK US INTO ROOM1912. THEY DELIVERED OUR BELONGINGS TO THE ROOM. WE TOLD THEM THAT MY WIFE COULD NOT USE THE SHOWER OR BATH. THEY GAVE US A NEW ROOM 1512. THAT TOOK CARE OF THAT PROBLEM.BUT WE HAD TO MOVE BELONGINGS TO THE NEW ROOM OUR SELFES. I AM 80 YEARS AND MY WIFE IS ON A WALKER. ALL THEY DID IS SEND US A CART TO MOVE OUR BELONGINGS. THIS NO WAY TO GUEST. FIRST NIGHT IN ROOM 1512. DURNING THE NIGHT THE SHEETS CAME OFF THE MATTRESS SO WE SLEEP ON A RAW MATTRESS MOST OF THE NIGHT. I THINK SOMEONE NEEDS TO CHECK INTO THE MANAGEMENT OF THSI HOTEL.

We booked a stay partly because it had an indoor pool. When we checked in, the staff told us the pool was under maintenance and we would have to go across the street to swim. No mention of this when we booked our room. The sheets and towels had blood stains and the room was dusty. There was a loud knocking sound in our room that kept us up both nights. The staff did not fix it when they said they would look at it. The restaurant in the hotel charged $18 per drink. Overall, not a good stay and would never stay here again. The

First room given had 2 queens when we reserved a king. Went back down and asked for a King room and they put us in 411. Next to the trolley and next door was the 24hr weight room. The trolley stop was right outside so hearing ding ding ding…. All night. And the weight room was loud from dropping of weights. Usually started. Around 5:30am

Very nice room and bath. Staff at front desk was extremely helpful. We needed scissors and their help had them to our room in 5 minutes. Valet parkers were very quick and pleasant.
