新穎、舒服、乾淨但周遭生活機能較不好

相當新的飯店，房間大、床墊柔軟。無牙刷、牙膏等一次性備品，但有大罐的沐浴乳、洗髮精。電視畫質很好，可連手機的Netflix等等。 隔壁有Subway、對面有快餐店，除此兩間餐廳，要吃東西要走一大段路或開車/搭車。距離輕軌站走路約9-12分鐘，與NRG Center僅差一站。附近有消防隊所以常會聽到消防車出動的聲音。

Initially when I arrived which was later in the evening, I tried to have a shower and had no water pressure and it was cold, which was really frustrating because it was a long travel day. However, they fixed it asap in the morning and it was the best shower after that, hot with plenty of pressure. Also, I checked out a day early, but still had to pay for the room because I booked it through Expedia.

Very clean, great food at the bar. Had a steak. Nice work out facilities for a hotel. Room was very well kept and clean. Only hotel I really slept well in due to comfortable beds. Top notch. Staff was amazing as well. Legit anytime I go to Houston i will stay here.

El menú del desayuno está bien. Aunque prácticamente todos los días era lo mismo. En cuanto al aseo de la habitación lo hacen cada 2 días si uno lo solicita. En nuestro caso ni aunque lo solicite con las 24 horas que piden lo hicieron. En 5 noches solo hicieron aseo 1 vez. Cuando solicitamos papel higiénico nos dieron papel toallas de cocina.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient and in close proximity to MDA. The complimentary breakfast buffet was very good and was convenient especially since our appointment at the hospital was early in the morning.

Appreciated the hot breakfast~ cut fruit could be a bit more varied, from melon and pineapple to perhaps berries as well. Nice coffee area~ it would be great to have the coffee stay out a bit longer. Excellent pool and hot tub~ enjoyed every night! Also really appreciated the complimentary laundry and the workout room. Great stay!

The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and provided helpful information. The breakfast was good and there were several options available to choose from. The Texan Comfort Restaurant in the hotel was very convenient and we ate there in the evenings and the food was very good. I had several appointments at the Medical Center and the hotel is in close proximity to it.The only disappointment was that we were offered a shuttle service to the clinics, however, when we called the number the person that answered was rude and wasn't able to provide us with a pick-up time. So we drove ourselves to MDA.
