Neat, nice and moderate price

it was a very neat and cool environment. Though their was a security 100bucks deposit which I didn't know about at the point of booking the room, I still strongly recommend.

The location of this hotel is convenient and close to many key spots in Houston. The staff were kind, professional, and very accommodating which I truly appreciated. However, the overall condition of the rooms and property left a lot to be desired. The rooms were disappointing: outdated appliances, several outlets didn’t work, and there were visible stains on the pillows and sheets. The worst part was discovering roaches in the room, which led us to request a room change but unfortunately, the new room wasn’t much better. Stains were still present, the AC barely worked, and there was mold in the bathroom. Additionally, the elevator wasn’t working during our stay, which made things even more inconvenient. This hotel could be a great place to stay if they invest in major renovations. For now, the condition of the property makes it hard to recommend.

Very spacious and clean! Love it!

Love love love the room. Very clean and spacious, more then we expected. The front desk person who checked us in was so nice and patient. Definitely recommend this location for other family and future trips.

I paid $147 to stay here with my family while visiting from out of town, and we were really disappointed. There was no hot breakfast available for my child—just some fruit, even though the listing clearly states breakfast is included. The TV in our room didn’t work, and the pet fee was a shocking $150 per stay, even though it was listed online as $60 and used to be $25. I understand ownership may have changed, but if that’s the case, the hotel seriously needs to update their website and listings so guests know what to expect. Between the misleading info and the poor amenities, we definitely won’t be coming back.

Bed bugs, disgusting property. Found dirty used wet towel inside the room fridge. My whole back and legs got red rash within 20 mins of lying down in the bed. Gym is broken and not a single machine works. Checked out of the property within 1 hour of check in. Shame on Sonesta brand for having such terrible property under their umbrella.

The worst experience I've ever had in this hotel. Dirty floors, wet carpets, bunk beds and the attention of the front dest is terrible. On the second day of my reservation they told me that the hotel was full and that I had to leave my room. The return of the money takes many days. Expedia shouldn't recommend this hotel, it's disgusting and all its staff
