Absolutely loved our stay here, the view from our room was amazing. The whole staff is extremely helpful from the moment you arrive till the day you check out, the small details really made our stay memorable, there is someone always near to help you with anything that you need. The area is great near tons of shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, north bund park. Area is safe , clean, absolutely worth the price. Rooms are very modern and you have everything you could possibly need. The breakfast was also great lots of variety and they do change it up everyday. Highly recommend this hotel. Loved the birthday treat they left in my room too !

Amazing view and location

I stayed for 6 nights and absolutely loved it. The location was convenient with a mall next door with the metro underground and walking distance to the Bund. Service was friendly and attentive and hotel facilities were fantastic with a 24/7 gym, indoor and outdoor pool, spa with massaging showers, and a onsen style spa with cold plunge and sauna free for guests to use. Couldn't fault this stay and will definitely be back when travelling to Shanghai in the future.

We had a great long weekend here. A perfect location to start the day exploring the City from. The view from the room was just amazing with the whole skyline. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Great Pool area and the Breakfast had everything you could wish for.

The hotel and room was easily 5 star. The restaurant/breakfast area was outstanding with an amazing outdoor area. The brreakfast was one of the best I experienced with a selection not found in any other 5 star hotel. I would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful view from the room. We got the big bed which was 3M by 2M and could sleep my whole family of four. Pool was amazing with skyline in the background. Staff was super friendly. Room was very quiet and comfortable. Our family really enjoyed it and would love to stay there again!

We stayed for 8 nights in a corner room (city views) on the 38th floor. The room had a funky layout including a bath with a view. The room felt very spacious with window seating and a small dining table. The quality sound system allowed us to stream audio from our phone, unfortunately the TV did not support streaming. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the functionality of an automated toilet. The hotel facilities were also very good. The breakfast has a vast buffet selection, although some of the traditional items (particularly the eggs) did not retain their heat very well. The gym is the best I have seen (and used) in any hotel I’ve stayed. The service was very attentive, we were able to check-in early (thank you!) and daily cleaning was always completed in the time that we were out each day. The outdoor bar overlooking Pudong City has great views of the city lights and even the tacos were yum! The North Bund area is a little quieter but the hotel is connected to a shopping mall with some good dining options as well as direct access to the metro. Would certainly stay again when next in Shanghai.
