A nice clean partial room but didnt like rude son

My wife booked us for 217. The maids forgot to clean the fridge. Someones drink was left there. Theyre usually good at cleaning though. No problem. The problem was the maids son. Who when my wife walked to office for food (after spending our last on a place to stay) the son slams his hand on the table in the office and (i think he had trouble speaking) told my wife one item per person. We are big people so two honey buns for me and two for him so we can manage the day as i have to work 8:30-5:00pm momday through Saturday. With that being said he was rude and very disrespectful. I dont understand if he works for the hotel or not. Next is the people working there consistently asking us if we are checking out. Thats annoying. However we love management because they keep the place clean.

Best Hotel this side of town has to offer.

Upon checkin the process was smooth. The frontdesk young man was super nice, pleasant and informative. The rooms are super SUPER clean. The lady who works front desk and the older gentleman also knew how to conduct business and provide excellent service. The breakfast is continental. Simple cereal, juice, milk, coffee, cakes. Theres even toothbrushes prepared for single use there. You can also find lotion, shampoo/conditioner and showercaps. They knew what to do when they made this hotel. Theres even night security available each evening. Lastly but most important, the housekeeping young ladies are friendly, hard working and efficient in their careers. We enjoyed our stay and cant wait to go back.

This is a really clean and functional hotel. Basic, but a good value for the money. I've stay in this area twice a month for about 4 days per stay. So over the past several months I've bounced around no fewer than 5 hotels in this area and I've settled on this one now, for my last 3 stays.

Prima voor het geld

Prima hotel voor het geld. Om wat te zeuren te hebben, er is maar 1 lamp in de kamer en geen bedlampje waardoor je of in het donker zit of alles volledig verlicht is. Ontbijt stelt niet veel voor. Koffie en cornflakes.

My night out at the Moon

Getting there was a problem because of the construction and congestion, otherwise I liked the check in and checkout times. Continental breakfast could have been a bit better than what was served.....

Aggressive and incompetent service

This was truly a horrible experience! The man at the front desk was rude and aggressive. He did not speak English sufficiently to understand that I had reserved two single rooms, one for myself and one for my colleague. He did not comprehend the electronic receipt I had on my phone to prove it I was charged for both. He made my colleague purchase her own room. We complied because we were stuck in Houston because of air traffic control problems in Chicago and there were NO other available rooms in the city because of several large conferences. It was late at night and we were desperate. The room reeked of cigarette smoke; there wasn't a bedside light; the bedspreads were ripped. A miserable night -- so glad to get into the cab to the airport the next morning!

Worst night in Houston

Bad experience with Hotels.com had a reservation and did not had a room.... cancels reservation and payd $216 a night for a hole in a wall.

Horrible Service - Stay Away

The owner of this business was very rude and lacks basic customer service skills. He adorns the reception area with religious Hindu symbols which I found highly inappropriate, he grunts answers, the orange juice is just orange in color, the wifi is slow and does not work, and the location of this hotel is the worst EVER! Stay away! Stay away! Stay away!

Didn't stay because we were lost and no one at the hotel spoke english. We decided to drive 4 hours back home and still had to pay. Would never book with this place again.
