"One of the elevators was broken, the smoke detector ran out of battery life and beeped the entire night for one night, the gym was closed for half of my stay, and there were issues with checking early and an agent fee added. The dark skinned female front desk agent was very helpful, the male staff present when I checked in seemed very incompetent. The location is also very far from downtown Houston, which is where I searched for and wanted a hotel stay at. It is at least 30 minutes from downtown, which makes me question why it appears in the listing for downtown Houston searches."
