Woodlands home

This was a clean house in a beautiful location. We were in town for a funeral and didn’t spend much time at the actual house but it had everything we needed.

Dirty dishes!!

Dirty dishes in cabinets and no working dishwasher!!! Had to inform rest of family to wash dishes & utensils prior to using them. Gross way to start off vacation!!

Bait and Switch Ripoff in Nasty House

We paid for a four bedroom house. Instead the owners moved us, without telling us, to a different, and much smaller, 3 bedroom house, citing a "mixup". Of course, they supposedly have a bunch of properties, so I am pretty skeptical about whether it was a mixup, or just renting a house that had bad reviews. They also promised to refund our cleaning fee as compensation for not giving us the house we had actually rented, which of course they didn't do. The house itself was pretty nasty. It was full of bugs and gnats, and had a musty smell that permeated the whole place, like it had been flooded but only repaired on the surface. Also, both the garbage can and recycle bin in the garage were overflowing and stinky, and as a result the entire garage was infested with bugs. I cannot emphasize enough - Don't deal with these guys!

Very nice home in a great nice neighborhood,.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month in this home. Ike couldn’t have been easier to work with. All questions and minor issues were addressed immediately. We probably will return next year and will definitely rent either this home or a 3 bedroom home he has in Harper’s Landing if one is available.

ok -- served its purpose

This house was used by 3 men who were visiting the Woodlands for a 4 day golf trip. We spent little time in the house other than sleeping and breakfast. The house is convenient to the Woodlands which is what we were looking for. There are 4 bedrooms. The master is en suite, the other three bedrooms share a full bath. There is a powder room and a laundry room off the kitchen. Everything was clean and generally in working order. The furniture and fixtures were extremely basic but sufficient for what we needed. The kitchen is very basic with very inexpensive dishes, pots/pans and flatware. Their is a toaster which turns on but never got hot enough to make toast. No kettle to boil water for tea. The house is in a development with similar homes. It would be impossible to find without GPS. Again, this house worked fine for what we needed but would need to be improved significantly to host a family or group who were going to spend a lot of time there.

Super Convenient lots of space, quiet neighborhood

Easy check in, minimal problem with flipping a breaker was remedied quickly, owner came back to property promptly to show us the fuse box with in 30min. 15min to the transition area for IM woodlands. Good Wifi, not a brand new construction but well maintained, furniture and appliances

Gorgeous home - highly recommended

One of my favorite VRBO rentals in over a decade of using VRBO. Clean, comfortable, large home with a gorgeous backyard. Very friendly and accommodating owner. Home has everything you need to have a great family get away. Location is central to all of the Woodlands, easy access, quiet neighborhood. Will definitely rent again.
