Located in the peaceful and walkable Hyde Park in River Oaks District just steps away from local favorites. This elegant townhome features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and the one bedroom is also set up as a game room with futons, a mini fridge, its own private full bathroom and a ping pong table. Enjoy plenty of natural light, a private wraparound balcony right outside the kitchen, and an excellent walking score. Discover local restaurants, boutiques, vintage stores, wineries, and coffee shops all within walking distance. Private driveway accommodates two small cars or one Texas-sized truck.

Great property, extremely clean with perfect location

My family of four spent a few days in the area for medical appointments for my child. This property was extremely clean and well taken care of, seemed to be in a safe area, and the property owner was super responsive to messages. There are great eating options nearby, and the location was convenient to everything we needed. My wife is very picky and she was quite pleased with everything the home had to offer. We will definitely book this property again for our next stay.

We were there for daughter's wedding. It was a perfect location easy walking to amenities, museums, green space etc and short drive to downtown. Everything as described and all spotless inside. Highly recommend.

Quick Houston Trip

Angela responded quickly when I had questions. Place was so spacious, and comfortable for 4. Easy check in and check out. Great location, my friends and I felt safe....it rained during our visit, otherwise we would have walked the neighborhood. All in all....a great stay in Houston.
