This wonderful house in Stafford-Meadows Place boasts 4 cozy bedrooms, including a king bed, 2 twin beds, 2 queen beds, and a bunk bed. With 3 bathrooms featuring convenient amenities like a hair dryer and shower, guests will feel right at home. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. This unique place has a style all its own. The house featuring: - 4 bedrooms, 2.5 full bathrooms with 8 beds, 1 air mattress and 1 crib - Patio with charcoal grill. - Game room with 65-inch TV with Youtube and Netfilx, 1 Hockey table, 1 foosball table and 1 arcade machine. - 1 65-inch TVs and 3 55-inch TV Other things to note * House Rule - Our top priority is to have respect for the neighbors. - Please no parties, loud music, or loud noises. NO EVENTS ALLOWED. - Quiet hours outside starts at 10:00pm. We want to make sure we are not disturbing the neighborhoods next door but still have a good time. - Gatherings of more than the confirmed number of people, including both overnight guests and visitors, without prior notice and approval, are not allowed. In the event of undisclosed guests, your reservation will be immediately terminated without refund. - No jumping on the bunk bed. Children must be at least 6 years old to sleep on the top bunk. - Pet fee $150 for 2 dogs maximum. Cats are not allowed. - No illegal substances/ activities allowed on the property. Violation will result in the reservation being terminated immediately without refund. - No smoking allowed on the property. - Early check-in and late check-out might be available at $30 per hour. Please contact for more information. * Pool rule: - Guests assume acknowledge the presence of a pool on site and assume all responsibility for use including responsibility for the safety of children and minors under the age of 18. - Children and minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in pool area. Swim diapers required for children that are not potty trained -Enjoy the swimming pool but swim at your own risk. No running, diving, or glass in the pool area. Deep end is 6.5ft and shallow end is 3ft. No children swimming without adult supervision. - Pool hours: 8 AM - 9PM * Note: every Thursday we have pool maintenance person comes and check the pool. *Note: Trash pick-up day is Tuesday morning. We will pull the trash bin from the driveway to the front house every Monday night. Please put the trash in the big trash bin on the driveway.
