A nice home, but the AC didn’t work half the time

It was a nice enough home for the price. The only problem I had was there was no AC for two days. We came in on a Friday and there was no one available until Monday. But I feel like this should have been checked before we got there. So I didn’t get everything that I paid for. And in the little back house there were bucks I had to go buy bug spray.

In the photos pool looks great but was green and un cleaned whenever we got there. Yhey had ample time to check the property as i rented it well in advance.
