Served its purpose but uncomfortable.
Most uncomfortable and flimsy couch I've ever sat on. Broken legs on chaise lounger. Uncomfortable bed. Wifi was so slow that I had to hotspot my personal phone to get work done. Trash can was left completely full because Vacasa missed trash day so we had to stack trashbags inside until we left - over the holidays with a family staying here this was ridiculous. We reached out to find out when trash day was because the trashcan was full outside and were not offered any solution to the problem at all and local contact did not even know when trash pick up was. Arrived late at night and had not been given correct code for lock-box so we had to spend a significant amount of time on hold with Vacasa and attempting to reach the local contact to get proper code - no remedial measures were offered once we did get someone on the phone, simply an apology. House was mostly clean but not in great shape - scuffs on walls, small amounts of mold in master bathroom, etc.
