Great location, amazing home

This home was amazing, had something for everyone to do. The pool was used daily with our crew, it was gorgeous. Neighborhood cat Stewart came to visit often, he was adorable

The outside pool area does not look like the photos online. It needs some major TLC. Several things in the house needs to be fixed, ceiling fans, back door lock, lights in kitchen need replacing.

Family Summer Vacation

Our family of 13 stayed here the third week of July. Twelve of us were adults 22 to 73 while one little 6month old cutie also joined us. There were a few issues at first- the pool wasn’t usable on arrival and a few other things like two bedroom ceiling fans that didn’t work and the coded door locks were inoperable. The owner and his management team answered promptly and with courtesy and all issues were resolved in time for us to enjoy our stay. If you have problems, they will listen and work to fix them. In the July Texas heat, the air conditioning worked perfectly and we enjoyed our family time here.

A bit tired and under stocked

Overall a good experience, however the property is tired . Outdoor furniture is old, dirty uncomfortable.. Grill was horrible shape, but property manager had some one come and clean and fix and did a great job. No hangers in the whole house , no dish towels and dish rags . Cleaning supplies lacking
