Bright, sunny and spacious newly renovated ground floor studio in period listed regency building with high ceilings! Step out the front door and admire those sea views! Bars, restaurants and cafes all on your door step, yet away from it all when you are inside. Moments walk down to the beachfront where you can walk along to the I360 and the famous West Pier! Churchill Square and North Laines all easily accessible for your shopping trips. Perfect for couples, friends and business stays:-) Open plan self contained ground floor studio with seperate shower room! High ceilings and lovely big windows! Flooded with light making it sunny and bright :-) Double bed with silent night mattress. Option to have an air mattress or travel cot. Please confirm once booking :-) Kitchen area with fridge, oven and hob, washing machine. Breakfast bar and 2 stools to sit up! Seperate ding table and 2 chairs so can also work and eat and have seperate areas. Close to supermarkets at the bottom of the road and walk or bus along to Churchill Square shopping centre and the clock tower! Head south for the beach front , I360 and West Pier! Hove Lawns are also a short distance away where you can take your own BBQ on certain areas! This is one of six apartments in this building , so if you are coming with friends and family, check my profile and other properties and you will see the other one so you can all stay together ! find us on social media @brightonandhovehomes Entire apartment is private use Ground floor flat . Guests can contact us by email or mobile phone! Were here to help in anyway we can :-) Hustle and bustle of Brighton & Hove on your door step! Brighton & Hove beaches just 5 minute walk :-) Western Road ,Church Road , Churchill Square , Hove Lawns all nearby with all their festivals and goings on throughout the year - perfect location! Supermarkets, bars, cafes and restaurants all within 5 minutes - take your pick - so many to choose from! The Old Market theatre is also just in the opposite road - take a look and see what's on! There is always something going on and right here in Brunswick Road you can reach them all! Have fun! Perfect location! Everything is 5-10 minutes away! Few minutes down to the beach ... Bus stops are at the bottom of the road taking you to Brighton, Hove and Brighton Marina ... Parking can be found nearby within a 2 - 10 minute walk! There are 11 hour bays for £5.20 and you can stay for up to 14 days. The app 'pay by phone's can be downloaded .. or you can pay at the machines. The closest roads are: Palmeira Salisbury Road, Wilbury Road. Alternatively there is a car park in Norton Road which is about £6 per day and is also long term .

Fab place in perfect area. A short to a bus if you needed that.

All was great. I had to chase twice about the check in process. I rang them the morning of our stay to ask how the process worked. We should have been told a few days earlier that we would be given the lock box code just before check in. That said, communication was good after this.
