Spent 2 days at this wonderful location, it is very clean and had enough space for 4 adults to sleep comfortably. The sofabed was very comfortable and the location was very quiet. We loved the flat and enjoyed cooking and having a nice modern shower available. Would stay there again!

Amazing Property, Amazing location, Amazing host

stayed at the apartment for the bank holiday weekend, and had a great time 2 adults a 12 year old and 8 year old great location 10 minute walk to the hove beach, quiet street, lovely modern apartment with lots of useful items, kids games, books, tv, wifi host was superb just a lovely place to stay

really enjoyed our stay, everything great. A little confused as two sofa beds were mentioned, we only found one, which was a little uncomfortable. However, overall everything was very good. The apartment is well catered for and clean.

Really convenient location in a fab little place

We were 2 mums and 2 kiddos, on a weekend trip. The communication with the owners was brilliant prior and throughout our stay. The place was as described. Perfect for what we were needing. Everything worked well and was clean. Thank you for the little touches of the kids toys, colouring pencils, biscuits and sweets, they went down a treat.

Lovely location spotless flat

I couldn’t have picked a better location. Instructions were perfect so arrived and got keys and straight into lovely light flat on raised ground floor. An alarm was going off. Realised smoke alarm. My contact got back to me immediately I told him and then the alarm died. I discovered a leak from upstairs had caused it! Put right however I had a few people in and out which did disturb my privacy a little. I had no hot water in kitchen sink and bathroom

2 nuits au Sunny Flat

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement situé dans un quartier calme. Celui-ci est très bien placé : proche d'un arrêt de bus qui va directement dans le centre de Brighton, supérette à l'angle de la rue... Juste un bémol, il n'est pas possible de se garer dans la rue, qui est réservée aux habitants, mais parking couvert à 15 minutes à pied.
