Mid-range; good not great.
This is better described as a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a third bed jammed in a small bonus room. Since the bonus room has the windows to the outside for the living room area, the options are either no windows/sun for the living area or no privacy for the “third bedroom” from the living area.Cleanliness was ok but not great. It says there is a maid service. However the maid came once during the five day stay and we had to request the maid return to clean the sinks. The property did not provide cleaning supplies to self clean the areas. We ended up going across the street to buy garbage bags and cleaning supplies.Location was ok. This is our first time in Hua Hin. We did not understand the tide situation. You have to be 2-3 km north of the property to get actual sand during high tide.The property itself was good. The water features turned on from 4-6 pm. The kids really enjoyed the water slide and other features.Overall it was a good but not great stay. I think it is a solid 3 star experience. If you are looking for a good 3 star condo with 2.5 bedrooms, this is a good choice.But if you are looking for a premium 5 star experience, this is not the location for you.
