NO PETS - NO SMOKING - NO PARTIES
* Our rates are based on the number of people present on site per day. Any additional guest must pay a fee of 50$ per day, even if they do not stay overnight. We ask that you notify us of their presence, without delay, before they arrive on site.
* For the holiday season (December 20th to January 2nd) and the summer season (May to September), we require a minimum of 6 people per reservation.
* During the holiday season, we install a magnificent and huge Christmas tree in the living room, to offer you the possibility to celebrate the holidays as if you were at home.
* Exterior cameras at the entrances for your security.
* Noise detector in operation for the quietness of the neighborhood.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLICABLE IF DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT RESPECTED.
* Additional fees (security deposit) of 50$ for every 30 minutes beyond your scheduled departure time of 10am.
* For stays of 8 days or more, we will ask you to schedule our cleaning team during your stay and a fee of $230 will be added to your stay.

We are located in a quiet residential area. We are not located in the middle of a forest and a road is in front of the house. Respect for the neighborhood is our priority. We have a zero tolerance policy for parties and excessive noise AT ALL TIMES.
