This condominium, only accessible by the stairs, is only accessible by stairs and is perfect for families looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in the Mont Tremblant ski resort. The condominium is located in the heart of the lake community, just minutes from the slopes, shops, and restaurants.

We take pride in providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. From the moment you arrive, you`ll feel right at home in this charmingly decorated, professionally maintained condominium.

This condominium is equipped with two comfortable mattresses, a fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, two spacious bathrooms, gas-powered fireplace, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. We also provide free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a welcome starter amenity kit with fresh coffee and treats.

The condominium is also just steps from the beautiful Mont Tremblant Lake, where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll, a picnic, or a swim.

We have customer service available from 8am to 11pm daily to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible. All guests receive body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, laundry detergent, olive oil, salt and pepper, coffee and sugar on arrival. If you need any extra items or services during your stay, just let us know - we`re always happy to help.

Parking in Mont Tremblant can be tricky. We provide one parking space for our guests, and a lot is nearby for additional vehicles.

Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.

To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.

Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
This is a friendly reminder of our house rules:
1. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
2. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.
3. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited.

Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500.

This unit has no access to the lake and there is no pool.
